Hon. Garba Muhammed Sabongari
Welcome to the official website of Makarfi Local Government Area. Our administration is committed to strengthening agriculture, improving infrastructure, and enhancing public services for our communities.
Makarfi is blessed with hardworking farmers, vibrant markets, and a rich cultural heritage that contributes to Kaduna State's development. In collaboration with the state government, we have flagged off the Durum-Kuruntumawa road project, a major step toward correcting decades of neglect of rural infrastructure.
Through good governance and community collaboration, we aim to achieve sustainable development across the LGA, focusing on healthcare revitalisation and agricultural growth.
